2024-2025 Annual Costs
Allen University offers a quality education at an affordable bundled price without excessive fees. Estimated annual costs are provided below to help undergraduate students plan for their attendance at Allen University. The exact cost will vary based on a student’s status, room and board selections, and course of study. The detailed (per semester) tuition and fees breakdown are below. UNDERGRADUATE STUDENTS
GRADUATE STUDENTS
Students registered for more than 18 credit hours will be charged $500.00 for each additional credit hour.
Boarding Student Housing Fee Information
For students opting for on-campus housing, a one-time, non-refundable housing fee of $150 is applicable.
How to Make the Payment Online:
Visit the Allen University Student Portal
Click on the "Students" section.
Scroll down to the bottom of the page and locate the "Cashnet" tab.
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the payment.

PAYMENT
Full payment of course tuition and fees is required at the time of registration. Online payment by credit or debit card is preferred. If the payment information you submit is incomplete or if payment method is non-negotiable, you will not be registered in your course(s).

Allen University accepts Master Card, Visa, American Express, and Discover, and PayPal. If the payment information you submit is incomplete or if the credit card payment is declined, you are not registered in your course(s). To avoid delay in the registration process, you should use a credit or debit card without a daily charge or transaction limit and enter the billing address exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. Complete the AU Credit Authorization form.

Bank Checks and Money Orders
Students desiring to pay course tuition and fees with cash may visit the Allen University Business Office 1530 Harden Street, Columbia, SC 29204. Money orders and bank checks are also accepted from any US bank.
Checks
Allen University accepts bank checks, money orders, personal checks, and company checks made payable to Allen University. Checks must be drawn on a US bank and include proper routing numbers. Any bank collection charges are your responsibility.
If you submit a check drawn on a bank account other than your own, you must include your name and the month and day of your birth on the check.
If your check is returned unpaid by your bank for insufficient funds, stopped payment, or account closure, you are assessed a $35 charge per returned check.
